Excited to be part of a new multi-year, $4.8M project to enable better management actions through an integrated model of the Puget Sound ecosystem, funded in part by the Paul G. Allen Family Foundation. The integrated model combines five smaller, more specific models of respective ecosystem components and will provide novel insights on the interconnected nature of Puget Sound's ecosystems. Watch our team describe the project goals and how each of the models fit together! Get more info on the project website. I recently contributed to a blog post series for Washington The Nature Conservancy on "Innovation in Stormwater". Want to learn more about some of the methods we're using at University of Washington to innovate stormwater planning and management? Read here!
